Classification:
Stock Class
    
o N1 – FF up to 1600cc   
o N2 – FR, RR, up to 2500cc   
o N3 – AWD up 2500cc    
o SA1- FF   1601cc or over        
o SA2 – FR   2501cc or over
o SA3 – RR   2501cc or over
o SA4 – AWD  2501cc or over

Factory Turbo vechicles: handicap add +1700cc to classification

ex: rotary engine 1.3L N/A runs in N2. but Rotary turbo will 1300cc +1700cc= 3000cc that will run in SA2 class

Modified Class
o D1 – FF
o D2 – FR
o D3 – RR
o D4 – AWD

Unlimited Class
o P 
 
Classification definition:

Stock Class: N/SA
Car must be in stock condition; this means stock uni-body chassis with no chassis stiffing enhancements.
Stock suspension.
Must have full interior.
Engine must be stock.
No exterior modification (cannot change or modified the general appearance, performance nor dimension of the stock body), no after market wing.
Stickers & graphics are expectable.

Bolt-on that are acceptable are:
- Drop in air filter
- brake pads
- LSD
- Aftermarket shock (not coils)
- Clutch
- Cat-backbolt on exhaust exiting near OEM location, (twin
   tip to single is ok, left rear exit to middle or right is ok)
- Aftermarket rims are acceptable
- tire tread wear 260 or higher

Modified Class: D
A car will be classified under Modified Class if it meets 2 or more of the following criteria and at the discretion of the officials.

- Body enhancements by means either/or seam-weld, roll bar, aftermarket strut tower bar or brace, frame brace to improve the regality of the stock chassis. Chassis must be based off of an original uni-body.
- Lighten body panels including doors, hood, fender or quarter panel and trunk.
- Body enhancements such as wing, spoilers and body kit.
- Lexan glass or windows and/or stripped out interiors.
- Any additions on the stock engine ex: cams, injectors, headers, Nitrous as well as additions that enhance the performance via mechanically or electronically.
- Aftermarket exhaust (must have catalyst),
- Suspensions: adjustable or coilover setup.
- Must have factory front windshield, dashboard, working factory headlights and taillights.
- Upgraded brakes and/or caliper
- Aftermarket rims
- Tire tread wear: 140 or higher, bi-plies, DOT
Unlimited Class: P
A car will be classified under Unlimited Class if it meets 2 or more of the following criteria and at the discretion of the officials.

- Vehicles competing in Unlimited class can be either uni-body or tube framed body also can use open wheel chassis.
- Not registerable for highway use, or trailered
- Extensive body modifications.
- Stripped out interior
- Engine capacity: "open"
- Exhaust system: no catalyst, "open"
- Suspensions: "open"
- Tread wear: race compound/slicks "open"

All cars must have for Gymkhana:  
Cars must be in good running conditions free from fluid leaks and smoke
· Front windshield must be free of any cracks
· Battery must be properly strapped down
· Front and rear suspension must not have any play
· Car must be pass though Tech prior to participating
· Drivers are recommended to have seat belts either OEM or
  aftermarket
· Driver and passengers must have helmets that met DOT
  and at least SNELL 95 or newer 
· Designated  Class classification:
· Factory turbo cars add handicap +1700cc

Paddock setup/layout

- All participants are allowed space for 1x (one) competing 
  vehicle, 10x10 area for tent or area to place your personal
  effects. 1x (one) slot for support vehicle and/or trailer.


- If you require more space please

- The front row facing the track is reserved for teams and
   vendors that request special accommodations. There is NO
   additional charge but the slots are limited and it is on a 1st
   come 1st serve bases. If you would like to reserve a slot
   please email: booking@gymkhanausa.com


- Banner and signage are allowed in your area. Handing out or
  giving away products for free is allowed. As long as it is 
  appropriate. No alcohol or nudity.


- The Selling of products, food or beverages are prohibited.
   Unless you obtain a sellers permit through the promoter.
   Then you will be registered as a vendor. Food and
   Beverages will require a permit from the Orange county
   Health department. For more information to sell product and

- You are responsible for your own items in your paddock.
   Please secure all items if you leave your area.


- The city Irvine, event promoter and organizations associated
   with the American Gymkhana Association and its venue are
   not liable for lost or stolen items.IMGP0214.JPG


Dog & pet rules:

Please checks with the event coordinator if this venue allows pets, these rules are for your safety and the safety of the pets.

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times.
  • Owners are legally required to pick-up and dispose of their dog¹s feces
  • Only (1) one dog per person. No single person my bring multiples dogs. A owner must be able to keep control of his or her dog at all times.
  • Owners are solely liable for injuries or damage caused by their dogs.
  • Aggressive dogs must be removed from the venue immediately and without debate.
  • Staff and event officials reserve the right to have to ask you to leave the property without explanation.
  • The city Irvine, event promoter and organizations associated with the American Gymkhana Association and its venue are not liable for any injures or death of the above stated pets and the owner willfully knowing all requirements and rules accept and will abide but the following rules.  

Payment/refund policy

 

Refunds are set by the following:

 -All refunds will be issued one week after the event date

 -100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made 2  weeks prior to the date of the event.

-50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made 1 weeks prior to the date of the event.

-There will be no refunds issued for cancellations on the day of the event.
